Nuru International Seeking Veterans For Jobs
Backpacks For Life was recently connected with Nuru International, a nonprofit organization founded in 2008 by former U.S. Marine, Jake Harriman. Nuru International works to eradicate extreme poverty in fragile rural areas to build communities resilient to violent extremism. When we received an email from them, we were thrilled that they were coming to us in hopes that we could connect them with military veterans looking for employment.
Nuru International works in various areas of the world including Kenya, Ethiopia and now Nigeria is the next big project in which they are hiring for.
